What kind of chile peppers do you grow and use in your salsa and sauce products?

The base of our salsa and sauce products is medium heat New Mexican and Poblano chile. We roast the chile to give Juan’s salsa and sauce an authentic chile flavor. Jalapeño and Fresno chile make the heat in our medium salsa. We use Caribbean Red and Fatali Habanero in our hot, double hot salsas and Salsa de Mesa Hot Sauce. The base of our Enchilada and Salsa de Mesa hot sauce are fresh Poblano and dried Ancho and Guajilo chile.
